Blurghhh.

I really want to bingeeeee.
But I won't.
I can do this.

Plus, I've had too much food today already.
Instead of cottage pie I had two Quorn chicken burgers and a small small small portion of chips, and salad.
So I had maybe like...900cals today?
Did about an hour of walking.
Nothing crazy.
