Morning lovelies.

I just had cereal, like 250cals of it, I think I need some fibre...really... :/
I feel so like, and way TMI here, but like clogged up :/
I need to do like 8397420 sit ups or something? :/
So yeah
Then Quorn and veg later, I hope.
Then cereal tomorrow before collefe (178cals)
Then NOTHING!
Just to see if I can.
